The Meaning
The ESSENCE Collection focuses on simplicity and presence. By removing what is unnecessary, these pieces create space for breath, clarity, and balance. We hope each piece from thsi collection reminds you to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to what truly matters.
The Making
Each candleholder begins as raw clay, thrown on the wheel and shaped slowly by hand. Once formed, openings are carved individually to allow light to pass through the vessel. The piece is then dried, bisque-fired, glazed, and fired again. Glazes are mixed in our studio and selected for how they interact with form, texture, and heat, allowing variation to emerge naturally during firing.
