The Meaning
The RISE Collection reflects growth through endurance. These pieces are shaped by gradual progression, reminding us that strength is built over time and that what we become is formed through patience and persistence. We hope this piece reminds you that growth takes time, and that you are rising through every stage.
The Making
Each candleholder begins as raw clay, thrown on the wheel and shaped slowly by hand. Once formed, openings are carved individually to allow light to pass through the vessel. The piece is then dried, bisque-fired, glazed, and fired again. Glazes are mixed in our studio and selected for how they interact with form, texture, and heat, allowing variation to emerge naturally during firing.
